Adjustable Stencil Mount (ASM)
An enhanced and flexible means of securing the stencil frame into the Horizon platform which accommodates a wide variety of frame sizes without the need for adaptors

High Throughput Conveyor (HTC)
An advanced board handling system that drives one board into the print area while simultaneously moving the printed board downstream. In conjunction with the maximum Speed-Up Modules, HTC enables core cycle time reduction to just 7 seconds.

2-second cycle time Speed-Up Modules - reduce core cycle times from 12 seconds to 10 seconds, and from 10 seconds to 8 seconds (or down to 7 seconds with HTC fitted). Used together can deliver an output improvement of over 70%.

Semi-auto stencil load - simplified loading and aligning of stencil frames to the Horizon iX platform that reduces operator intervention and helps to preserve printer platform 6-Sigma accuracy.

Auto stencil load - easy-to-use fully automatic loading of stencil frames into the Horizon platform; removes operator dependency. Drives the stencil into the system, searches for the stencil frame and precision-aligns it to ensure 6-Sigma accuracy is not compromised.

ProDEK - The ProDEK dynamic process control corrects the print offsets by using barcode readers to synchronise the printed and inspected board. This real time automatic correction eliminates the possibility of human intervention error, maintaining the optimum process even when different stencils or batches of boards are used. DEK Blue understencil cleaner - standard understencil cleaning system comprises wet, dry and vacuum strokes to remove excess paste from stencil apertures, preventing underside smearing and process degradation. Paste Roll Height Monitor (PRHM) - is an easy-to-use tool designed to eliminate defects and improve end-of-line yield.
