The event monitor form brings the platform’s event log to the desktop, clearly showing the exact activities of the platform step-by-step. Platform status at each step is indicated by the beacon at the right of the dialog box. An alert window enables error or warning messages to be generated in real-time on occurrence of a specified event – a powerful tool for troubleshooting process issues.
Several machines can be monitored simultaneously; when minimised, the dialog box shows platform identification and event beacon for "at-a-glance" monitoring of shop floor print platforms.
Equipment reliability analysis presents all reliability data included in the SEMI E10 specification, providing a comprehensive appraisal of the platform’s performance. Results of automatic analysis are presented to the user, enabling accurate assessment of platform utilisation throughout an entire plant.
The configuration form gives the user complete control to manage REM files for several platforms, and allows files to be easily retrieved for analysis as required. The user can customise the presentation of the beacon and alert messages for individual events.
