Aimed at manufacturers requiring rapid inspection of subassemblies or optional units, the online service enables DEK customers to examine components in detail – without taking a machine offline. 3D engineering models for all DEK printer subassemblies are available for download, allowing customers to virtually get to grips with our leading-edge technologies. The system enables users to rotate models in three axes, measure dimensions, zoom in or out and isolate or inspect individual sub components.

The 3D Find-a-Part service guarantees the highest levels of accuracy by using the CAD models employed by DEK’s own engineers. These precise visualisations are updated in line with customer machines to ensure that manufacturers benefit from the most up-to-date information.
