 | RE6501: Relocation Package.
If the customer requires a machine to be transferred from one site to another, the following procedure will be implemented:
1) The machine at site A will undergo a machine performance audit as outlined in Healthcheck.
2) The machine will be prepared according to DEK standard procedures for transit from site A to B if required.
3) All mandatory MPU's are performed.
4) The machine should be installed at site B using the standard DEK installation procedure. All support work performed on the machine as a result of the machine audit and any mandatory MPU's will be on a chargeable basis, In addition to cost shown.
Annual service (if required) and any remedial work, must be completed prior to the machine being accepted for support (quoted separately).
Please note: If an annual service is performed by a DEK qualified engineer before the renewal date, then the Standard contract will be renewed free of charge for the following 12 months. |
