Description: Annual service and support contract or continuation.
Part Numbers: 265: PR265 or PR265C for continuation (replacement items).
ELA, Horizon, Infinity, Viking, Vista: PR266 or PR266C for continuation (replacement items).
Europa, Galaxy and Instinctiv Series: PR.INSTINCTIV or PR.INSTINCTIV.C for continuation.
Content: Priority support level agreement.
24 hour global telephone support. Engineer on site within 24 hrs (exc. weekends).
Parts despatched same day for orders placed before 15:00 local time (terms and conditions apply).
1 day annual service with replacement of service pack items, pre and post performance analysis report (not on 248 & 260).
Servo Healthcheck (not on 248 & 260) & comprehensive status report.
Plus, additional support options available.
Application: For customers who upgrade from Standard or corporate customers requiring a maintenance program.
Machine Types: 265 series, ELA, Horizon series, Infinity, Viking, Vista, Europa, Galaxy and Instinctiv Series.
Upgrade Options: None.
