Description: Annual service and support contract or continuation.
Part Numbers: 248: ST248 or ST248C for continuation (replacement items).
260: ST260 or ST260C for continuation (replacement items).
265: ST265 or ST265C for continuation (replacement items).
ELA, Horizon, Infinity, Viking, Vista: ST266 or ST266C for continuation (replacement items).
Europa, Galaxy and Instinctiv Series: ST.INSTINCTIV or ST.INSTINCTIV.C for continuation.
Content: Standard Support Level Agreement.
Telephone support 0830 - 1700 Mon - Thurs, 0830 - 1600 Fri. Engineer on site within 48 hrs (exc. weekends).
Parts despatched same day for orders placed before 15:00 local time (terms and conditions apply).
1 day annual service with replacement of service pack items, pre and post performance analysis report (not on 248 & 260).
Servo healthcheck (not on 248 & 260) & comprehensive status report.
Plus, additional support options available.
Application: For customers on an annual basis or contract renewal. Also for customers upgrading from Second User and Pay As You Go contracts.
Machine Types: 248, 260, 265 series, ELA, Horizon series, Infinity, Viking, Vista, Europa, Galaxy and Instinctiv Series.
Upgrade Options: Upgrade to Premier.
After Failure to Renew Contract: Pay As You Go.
