For today’s manufacturers, Cyclone’s most obvious benefit lies in its ability to deliver a simultaneous time and cost saving. Not only performing on-board understencil cleaning in half the time or less compared with conventional cleaning technologies, Cyclone is also engineered to significantly reduce required paper volume.


Marking a significant improvement on conventional cleaning technologies, Cyclone’s unique bi-directional active cleaning combines with its innovative five-stage cleaning head to both enhance overall cleaning and increase traverse velocity. In addition, the technology’s high-flow vacuum system utilises an active carbon filtration mechanism to generate a single vacuum stroke, thereby eliminating the need for a conventional third pass.
