Section A .... DEK Part Number Known
If you knew the DEK Part Number, the ItemPart Search Results will provide all the infromation that you need for your purchase order.
.... Prices
If there is a trade discount agreed between DEK and your organisation the list price, discount and net price will be shown. Enter net price, (the price after discount), on your purchase order.
If there is no trade discount then enter the list price on your purchase order.
Your currency of purchase is shown here.
If the part is a consumable and quantity rate pricing structure applies then the range of quantity rate prices will be shown. Enter the desired quantity at the price shown for this quantity on your purchase order.
.... Availability (Delivery)
The ItemPart Search results page shows the availability of parts as well as pricing.
If the part is in stock locally (in your region) the "free stock" quantity is shown.
Note : This is real time information and will / can change quickly.
If the part is not in stock locally, our best estimate of the despatch time (in days) will be shown.
Note : This is the estimated number of days until the part is ready for despatch.... after DEK receives your
purchase order.
Section B .... DEK Part Number NOT Known
In this case the ItemPart Search results screen will show a list of parts that meet the search criteria entered on the ItemPart Search page e.g. list of "motors" or "belts" or "USC Rolls"
