.... Can I Look at my Purchase Orders ?
Yes, both current (open and undelivered) and your (closed i.e. despatched and invoiced by DEK) order history.
Access is via the Introduction page, click on "Check Order History".
To search for Open Orders the "Open Orders Only" box must be ticked
By removing the tick from the "Open Orders Only" box then all closed orders will be shown, use the date range boxes to select time period, otherwise all order history will be shown.
To Search by DEK Sales Order Number ... enter the number in the "Sales Order" box.
To Search by your Purchase Order Number ... enter the number in the "Purchase Order" box.
.... Your (Purchase) Order History
Access closed order history too. For example, this would assist in getting DEK part numbers. Your Purchase Order numbers are shown also.
Click on the ("hyperlinked") description to see the order status on the following page and use the link to (if already dispatched) to the freight provider (courier) web-site.
.... Tracking (Waybill) Numbers
Use to get tracking numbers and delivery information. The waybill number is shown.
Click on the hyperlinked name of the freight provider to go straight to their web-site to track your order using the tracking number shown.
