DEK’s European Precision Screens Network is equipped to satisfy virtually any customer requirement, processing screens of up to 1m x 1.5m as standard. By working closely with customers to understand their needs, our teams across Europe deliver custom-designed, high-precision screens manufactured within ISO9001-accredited processes, with consistently fast turnaround. Every precision screen manufactured by DEK is supplied with a Certificate of Conformity (C of C) to assure consistent product quality. In addition, our production procedures conform fully to ISO- and BS-accredited standards. A state-of-the-art clean room facility, which conforms to FED STD 209E Class 10,000 / M5.5 (BS EN ISO 14644-1 Class 7), ensures that process repeatability is maintained between our production environment and your factory.
During the all-important research and design phases of developing a new product, design assistance is available from DEK’s advanced applications development group, which is also available to offer ongoing support once full production is underway. DEK’s complete understanding of the precision screens process ensures that customers can take advantage of a range of expertise, from quality manufacturing to the delivery of comprehensive turnkey packages and technical support programmes.
