Automatically conforming to any given board profile, this unique functionality completely eliminates set-up overheads and the potential for human error.

In addition, HD Grid-Lok can be re-set in seconds to handle virtually any SMT component height, making it ideal for environments requiring constant product changeovers. Where this level of tooling support would ordinarily detract from machine productivity, HD Grid-Lok combines high-speed set-up with an exceptional performance to keep pace with the printer and line beat rate.
