 Vector Frame Systems
Considerable Cost Savings can be achieved in high-mix environments using the DEK Vector Frame System™. It also makes stencil changeovers very fast compared with conventional stencils. The system comprises the Vector Frame and interchangeable foils, which are convenient to store and handle.
The Vector Frame is easy to operate, quickly tensioning the stencil evenly in the x- and y-plane.
Having no frame of their own, Vector Mount stencils are manufactured in high quality stainless steel at lower cost than standard, frame-mounted stencils. They are also lighter, and easy to store in purpose-made storage cabinets. Every stencil is supplied in its own wallet complete with hook.
Rapid Stencil Changeover is achieved with very little physical effort, as the frame is pneumatically operated. The stencil is placed in a loading base and tensioned on the frame, then mounted in the screen printing machine. Positioning is accurate and repeatable; changeover is fast and simple.
The Vector Frame System is ideal for electronic manufacturing services, prototyping, and OEM applications requiring high-mix manufacture. Vector Frames are available to suit current DEK printing platforms and most other screen printing machines. DEK is able to provide full training in the use of the Vector Frame System.
